Mrs. Gladys Otae Addo Osei is a Human Resource Practitioner, a committed leader who is passionate on good leadership and
governance, community development, a facilitator, an advocate for women empowerment. Maralitha Care Foundation (M.C.F.) was
founded under her inspiring leadership in February 2016 and has made remarkable strides since its creation.
Gladys Otae Addo Osei has an educational background in Business Administration with a high focus on Human Resource
Management. She has in depth skills in Organizational Leadership and Governance. She had the opportunity to work with both
national and international Organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Governance from the
University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource
Management) from the Central University College.
A proud old student of Aburi Girls High School, she is very passionate about community work, she loves assisting the vulnerable
and always looking for opportunities to enhance their livelihood. Her quest to see change in her environment and community has
led her to assume a Non-partisan community leadership role and through her leadership, the community has gained some
interventions such as drainages, construction of community roads, fixing of street lights etc. from the Government of the Republic of
As the Executive Director for Maralitha Care Foundation, whenever she identifies an issue she ensures to find solution and through
that, the foundation has donated some brand-new wheelchairs to the People with Disabilities (PWDs), a water polytank to an
Islamic school, Desktop computers, constructed a metal structure which is use as a Community-based health and planning services
(C.H.P.S.) with the help of some philanthropists. She loves to empower women, youth and children and has organized programmes
to harness their talents and to look out for solutions to their needs. She loves to explain Governance and Government policies to
the youth and the elderly alike.
